1.Music can cure heart attack.
Music that had a fast tempo increased blood pressure along with heart rate, while slow music lowered them. Similar effect was noticed when the volume of the music was altered.
Thus a combination of fast and slow music can help regulate the cardiovascular system and contribute to its rehabilitation.
Researchers discovered that volume increase provoked moderate arousal while its decrease made patients more relaxed. Both heart rate and blood pressure lowered when the music stopped. Professor Luciano Bernardi at the University of Pavia, in Italy, wrote about the effect of music in an article published in the Journal of the American Heart Association.

2.Long Time sleep leads to diabetis.

People who sleep too much or too little have a higher risk of developing diabetes of the second type, since they have lowered glucose assimilation. The authors mention that a 7-8-hours-long length of sleep is optimal among the adults in order to protect the organism from well-spread diseases and early death

3.Cigarette Smoke Changes Heart's Shape

American biologists have determined that cigarette smoke influences the cell division in the cardiac muscle and changes heart's shape.

Previous experiments have proved that smoke from one cigarette increases all of a sudden the normal quantity of corticosteroids, and also the quantities of adrenalin and noradrenalin. These biological active substances enhance the heart rate, increase the cardiac volume by raising the blood pressure and by intensifying the speed of myocardial contractions.

The heart of a smoker makes 12-15 thousand contractions more than the heart of a non-smoker does, which leads to a hyperfunction of the cardiac muscle. In the same time the heart is not saturated with the necessary quantity of oxygen because of the constricted vessels of the smoker. Moreover, 10 percent of the blood hemoglobin is excluded from the respiratory process by adding molecules of carbon dioxide.

Cigarette smoke contains not only nicotine, but also other 4.000 chemical components, whose effects are still not clear.

Scientists have studied thoroughly the effect of the cigarette smoke on the heart of rats. A group of animals had been breathing air mixed with cigarette smoke for 5 weeks, another group of rats had been breathing normal air. At the end of the experiment the rats were examined by the means of echocardiography and microscopy, and were also taken analysis on the enzyme content in the cardiac tissue.

The rats from the first group were found to have a modified shape of the left ventricle – the main blood pump in the cardiac muscle. An active form of enzyme, controlling the cardiac muscle cell division was also determined in the "smoking" rats. Another change in them was the increased level of norepinephrine, a hormone which takes part in the blood pressure and peripheral vascular resistance regulation. This hormone is also responsible for dealing with stress.

The article published in the European Journal of Heart Failure also mentions other dangerous biochemical changes in the heart under the influence of cigarette smoke.

4.Coffee Stimulates Intellectual Abilities

First, some studies in France have showed that women who drink 3 or more cups of coffee every day, in comparison with women who drink one or none, have a 30 percent less risk of memory problems when they are 65.

This research, published in Neurology magazine in August, 2007, was also the one to show that the advantages of drinking coffee are increased along with the age. Memory problems in women older than 80, who used to drink 3 or more cups of coffee per day, were decreased with circa 70 percent than in women not "fond" of coffee. The same effect can be obtained with tea too, but in this case one should drink 2 cups of tea instead of a cup of coffee.

Specialists affirm that caffeine in coffee and tea is a stimulator of brain’s cognitive activity, it also helps decreasing the level of beta-amyloidal proteins in the brain, which, in their turn, trouble the normal activity of the human brain. Significant accumulations of this protein are the basis of Alzheimer's disease. More than 7,000 women and men in 3 cities of France have taken part in the research. None of them had mind disabilities at the beginning of the research. The scientists used to check repeatedly once in 2 and 4 years the cognitive capabilities of the persons in case.
The negative effects of coffee drinking include the following possible side-effects: extreme anxiety, insomnia, trembling and heart arrhythmias. Besides, it can cause the irritation of the digestive system, of the urinary bladder and of the prostate. If you feel any of these side-effects, then it is better for you to avoid coffee usage (that also includes coffee with no caffeine, because it may contain substances which would influence negatively your organism), apart from all the advantages it may bring. Tea can be a wonderful substitute, a healthy and, in the same time, with no side-effects alternative
5.Heavy Use of Cell Phones Leads to Sperm DNA Damage
