1Q: Does Islam teach that women are inferior to men?
A: No! The Quran teaches that women are equal to men.


2Q.Why do Muslim women wear the veil?

A:  Islam prescribes modest dress and conduct for both men and women. The rules of modest conduct are the same for men and women and involve keeping chaste, lowering the gaze from the opposite sex, avoiding physical unnecessary physical contact with the opposite sex, avoiding privacy, and keeping conversations on business only. The rules of modest dress are different, because men and women have a different physical appearance and different forms of dress are required to de-sexualize their appearance.

3Q.Can a woman be a Imam, Khalifah, or scholar?

A: 

A Muslim woman can be a scholar, and she can be a Khalifah [or leader] but she cannot assume the office of Imam. This is not because of any shortcomings or defects on her part; but based of the requirement that the Imam must lead the Muslims in congregational prayer, and a woman [because of her attractive physical form] would be a distraction to the Muslims praying behind her.

However, a Muslim woman is free to assume any other position in Islamic society as long it does not interfere with her religious obligations and/or carrying out her duties as a wife and a mother.

4Q.Why do men inherit twice the amount as women. Is it because women are inferior?

A: 
The woman's wealth, is her own. She does not have any obligation to share with anyone, not even the husband. Whereas, the husband's wealth is NOT his. He is obliged to take care of his chldren, wife, and other family members.


5Q.Why do women pray behind men?
A. 
Women pray behind the men, because it resolves a situation. If women prayed in front of the men, then the women would feel embarrassed as well as the men being distracted in prayer. If women and men prayed alongside each other, then there would be contact of men and women, again, causing distraction in prayer. By having men pray in front of women, then it is resolved. It does NOT indicate women as inferior.


6Q. Education is only for men in Islam. Why?
A: 
Not true. Education is for both men and women.
Considered by many these days as a basic human right, in Islam both men and women are duty bound to seek education for the Prophet Muhammad said: "The search for knowledge is a duty on every Muslim." (Bukhari) So, while there were no places at British Universities until the late 1870s (Ox. Ill. His. Brit. p493), there have been records of Islamic Universities with women students throughout the history of Islam

I Personally feel

that,All the good

things that  all religions teach are the same .To me  All religions are defferent paths to god.As there are multiple roots for one single destination,so as,there are multiple religions that Guide.
Following one's own religion in which hez born is more than a person's responsibility that god has given to him by his birth.so i feel Conversion is not so much right.I also do not support intercast marriages as they destroy our smriti's (rules,laws,disciplene).That may distrub the proper inheritance patters.[ Ofcourse lord venkateshwara married BIBI (muslim) ]
As it's said in my hindhu gita " paradhrmam patinchatam bhayamkaramainadi,atuvanti sthithi lo naina swadharmame patinchali "
Thus, As all religions are equal,all must be treated sacred  & Must b given utmost respect to all religions,all people & all religious scripts.& Thus "  Every human must do obey ,follow & keepup his own "
