its Better to prepare and prevent instead of repair and repent

A wise Lives few years of his life like most people wont....
So that he can spend the rest of his life Like most people Cant...

In pursuit of immediate pleasure, many trade the ultimate for the expendable
we  should never do what generally others do. we must be willing to do what they won't do—and even take actions that we might deem “unreasonable.”

Delaying gratification is a process of scheduling the pain and pleasure of life in such a way as to enhance the pleasure by meeting and experiencing the pain first and getting it over with. It is the only decent way to live

Delayed Gratification

Delayed gratification is a habit where you forgo short-term pleasure (present comfort) in order to gain significant long-term pleasure and rewards in the future. In other words, you ward off short-term temptations that might distract you from your long-term goals and objectives in order to focus on what you need to do to achieve your desired long-term outcomes. This of course might require that you suffer through short-term pain, fully realizing that this pain is only temporary but necessary to help you get to your ultimate destination.
Getting into the habit of delaying gratification gives you more sense of control over your life, decisions and actions. Furthermore, it helps you value hard work and effort. You understand even though things might be difficult in the present moment, that it’s necessary you get through this pain in order to experience the long-term pleasure you would ultimately like to have in your life.
The act of delaying gratification helps to strengthen your mind and shape your character, it builds your willpower, promotes higher levels of self-discipline, and teaches you about the value of patience. It is in fact the ultimate habit that determines how successful you will become and how much you will ultimately achieve in the future.
When temptations are dragging you speak to yourself -
Will this what i'm doing now, help me or hurt me?
What’s the long-term impact of this fleeting moment of pleasure?
Is it really worth indulging in this temptation?
What if I get into the habit of indulging in this every day? What will be the long-term impact of it on my Life ?
How will I feel about this tomorrow? How will I feel about myself?
How could this delay what I really want most out of life?
Always think - I am Responsible for my Life...
There is no second chance.  There are many near second chances, but each moment is with us once, never to return again.
Remember,If you go with short term Gains & Pleasures, At the end of your life you’ll have nothing more but an ageing memory full of regrets and unfulfilled expectations.

Short term PAIN = Long term GAIN
