I have a doubt.............

A Man does sooo much of hardwork...with so much of smartness,strategy,planning,blood & flesh and becomes an IAS officer or some big pista badaaamm,,,,,financially settled....okkk

and then a girl buys him by throwing a crore or more dowry ,,,,,and yaa...now she is the so called ' this societal ', way of  " settled  " in life

just tell me who is Smart here ?
