Happiness one finds at the destination  is the happiness they
 brought with them through the Journey

Life is a constant journey. Suffering, failure, loneliness, sorrow, discouragement, & death can all be parts of your journey. Sometimes it's the journey that teaches you a lot about your destination. Don't suffer all through the journey focussing only on the View from the Mountaintop/ on the final Reward. The gratification from it can be momentary, Focus on the Journey
