In the business community, the ultimate goal of fraud is to gain money.
- In any Social Community, the perpetrator having a Guilty mind(Men's Rea ), an Intention to Make you lose so that he can Gain/Grab something of value from you, should do something in Action - ' putting his plans into action ' only then he is a fraud as per Laws 💀 👀
