Apart from these.....
1) use Miswak chewing stick for mouth hygiene twice a day - esp. clean all the tongue with it
2)Have steam inhalation with karvol plus sometimes, and neem sometimes, and even Ayurvedic Nagarjuna Halin Drops (works well - can pour these drops on a mask & smell it often)
3) Have more hot water to drink, hot drinks and Orsl or ORS drinks
4) make powder of kalonji seeds (also called Nigella sativa) and have it by mixing it with honey early in the morning
5) Always have cloves or a piece of ginger in your mouth

1)Oral hygiene practices
2)have more hot drinks, vitamin c & immunity-boosting foods
3)Inhale vapours at least with only water
