1.s) NOW Positively Change Belief about self -> Feeling
Nervous before a test is normal, but I am capable and prepared to do my best. I can handle any challenges that come my way, and I see both success and failure equally as natural life experiences.
2. Corresponding Belief about Others: Being LAUGHED by others, If I fail it makes me Incapable or incompetent, etc
2.s) NOW Positively Change Beliefs about others -> My worth is not defined by the opinions of others. They don't feed me or pay my bills. People may have their own reactions, but I trust in my abilities and continue to focus on my growth and learning, irrespective of their opinions.
