Have you ever paused to ponder the intricate interplay between societal influences, & how they shape complex behaviours?

𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟, & don't take what others say about you too seriously. Everyone, including me, is just a DNA fashion disaster. Sometimes, even our two cells inside argue over who has the better DNA, and let's say the results are always unexpected! 😅😂😂

Our understanding of ourselves and others is a captivating blend of our basic biological needs, environmental pressures, status needs, the expectations society places on us, and the invaluable individual personal experiences that uniquely shape us.

It's crucial to understand that while external opinions hold weight, they shouldn't overpower our own sense of self. Our behaviour is many times linked to our biological needs, such as reproduction and social dominance, as demonstrated by the concept of collective unconsciousness.

Carl Jung's concept states that collective unconsciousness and human primal instincts deeply influence human behaviour. Many factors, like societal and environmental influences, family background, etc., significantly shape the way we are now.

Moreover, societal norms, personal experiences from birth until today, Traumas, Fears, Anger, Joy, etc., and the lens of our own distorted thinking all contribute to how we perceive ourselves and others. Sometimes, our general human desires for Money, Status, Respect, and recognition, our battles against feelings of inferiority or automatic negative thoughts inside our brains, our innate feelings, etc., can damage our self-esteem and relationships while Impacting how we behave

In conclusion, the intricate connection between the mind, body, and environment encourages us to explore the depths of our existence. Understanding the profound impact of biological and environmental influences on our behaviour and identity is a vital gateway to understanding the essence of our individuality.

Understanding this helps us navigate the interaction between physical and mental aspects of world, leading to a deeper appreciation for the marvel of human nature.

'You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.'

 - Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche
