When my thoughts, emotions, beliefs, impulses, & all my well-wishers argued, I let a magic coconut DECIDE, who needs LOGIC ?

Our true selves are not confined to our thoughts and bodies.

Experiences refer to the complex interplay of our

- mind,

- thoughts,

- emotions,

- beliefs,

- memories,

- perceptions,

- desires,

- fears,

- imagination,

- intuition, and

- consciousness etc

The 'experiencer ', that is, YOU, is different from these experiences.

This difference is important to understanding our true selves.

Mind (manas): This is where all the action happens - thoughts, emotions, desires, and sensory experiences. It tends to fluctuate and is easily swayed by external influences.

Intellect (buddhi): This is the higher faculty responsible for rational thinking, discernment, decision-making, and self-awareness. It's more steady and helps us make rational choices.

And remember, I am not my Mind, Body or intellect, also

By adopting a third-person perspective, you empower yourself with a unique clarity. This shift allows you to step back, gaining a broader, more impartial view of your situation. This newfound objectivity promotes a more accurate assessment of challenges and enables the integration of diverse viewpoints, leading to your personal enlightenment.

Mindful thinking is a game-changer!

When you begin to speak about yourself as if you were someone else, it's like opening the door to a whole new perspective. This transformative approach can unlock some truly amazing possibilities:

🌟 It helps you see things more clearly without all the emotional baggage.

🌟 You can understand your thoughts and behaviours better by stepping back and observing yourself.

🌟 You'll be able to empathize with others and understand their feelings from a whole new angle.

🌟 When things get tough, this mindset can keep you calm and focused on the positive.

Have you ever explored the concept of metacognition?

Metacognition refers to the ability to think about our own thinking. It is about delving into the depths of our own thinking processes, being conscious of our thoughts, understanding how we think, and taking the time to reflect on our strategies. This profound concept not only enhances our cognitive performance but also promotes a more adaptable and open-minded approach to problem-solving, enabling us to embrace diverse perspectives and adjust our strategies to meet changing circumstances.

It's like unlocking a superpower that can steer you towards a more joyful and thoughtful existence, ultimately leading to some enlightenment!

Imagine standing on top of a mountain, feeling a mixture of awe and excitement. At that moment, your mind is processing the stunning view, the beauty stirs your emotions, your beliefs about nature and tranquillity may be reinforced, and your memories of past hikes may come to mind. All these components make up the experience, but YOU, as the "experiencer," is separate from these.

ALWAYS remember, I am not my Mind, Body intellect or MY EMOTIONS, also
