Archana tried to warm up her evening with a cozy cup of tea. But little did she know, her tea was so steep that mountain climbers were planning expeditions to it! π»π΅
She gently took a sip, only to find the flavor so intense it could wake the ancient gods from their slumber. "Well," she chuckled to herself, "at least if I ever decide to start a tea garden, I'll have the first-ever caffeinated jungle in history!" πΏπ¦Έ♀️
As she sat there contemplating her next move, the steam from the cup was so thick it started forming shapes—she swore she saw a mini foggy Yeti waving hello! ❄️π
Feeling a bit whimsical, Archana decided to invite her imaginary foggy friend to share in the monumental task of finishing the tea. Who knew? Maybe they'd end up on a grand adventure discovering new peaks of flavor and conquering tea-induced hallucinations. ππ’
"So, Yeti," she mused aloud, "next time, let's stick to chamomile. The only thing that should be steep around here is our storytelling!" π✨
And with that, she put the Everest of teas aside, opting for a milder brew that wouldn't summon mythical creatures or send her taste buds on a rollercoaster ride! ππ
Isn't tea time full of surprises? ππ✨

Why did the mug break up with the teapot? Because it found someone who really 'steeped' up to its needs!
1) Find Your Space
Choose a quiet, cozy spot where you feel safe and undisturbed. It could be a comfortable chair, a sofa, or even your bed. Dim the lights or let natural light create a serene ambiance.
2) Grab Something Warm :
Grab a warm object like a cup of tea, coffee, hot cocoa, or a heat pack. If you choose to use a heat pack, please be cautious and follow the manufacturer's instructions to avoid any potential risks. Alternatively, you can use a soft blanket fresh from the dryer.Choose a mug or pack with a texture you enjoy—something smooth, ceramic, or soft and plush.
3) Get Comfortable
Sit or lie down in a position that supports your body and relieves tension. Rest your hands gently on your lap or hold the warm object close to your chest.
4) Engage Your Senses
Sight: Look closely at your surroundings. Notice the colors, shapes, and patterns. If holding a mug, observe the color of the drink and the texture of the steam rising from it.
Touch: Feel the warmth against your palms or fingers. Pay attention to how the heat gradually spreads, softening any tightness in your body.
Sound: Tune into subtle sounds—the hum of the room, the clink of the cup, or the gentle rustle of fabric.
Smell: Inhale deeply. Notice the aroma of your drink or the faint scent of a warmed heat pack. Let it evoke memories or feelings of comfort.
Focus on the WarmthAllow the heat to radiate through your hands into your body. Imagine it flowing to areas where you hold tension, dissolving stress and leaving relaxation in its place.
Stay present with the sensation, picturing the warmth as a soft, glowing light spreading peace and comfort.
Breathe and Reflect
Take slow, deep breaths. With each inhale, draw in the warmth and comfort. With each exhale, let go of any tension or distress.
If a thought arises, acknowledge it, then gently return your focus to the warmth and your sensory experience.
Use this practice ???
whenever you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or simply needing a calming moment.
Feel free to personalize it by choosing your favourite warm object, adjusting the lighting, or adding soothing music.
It’s a way to reconnect with your body and mind, offering both physical warmth and emotional soothing.
