How do I develop unconditional love? I am finding this quite difficult.

Straightaway NEEDED

Make an effort to see everyone as you in another form. Remind yourself that the separation that you feel with others is actually an illusion, and that in reality, you are intimately connected with everyone. Just like our cells work together to create our body, all of us are woven together to create the body of this Universe. This will increase the sense of love/belonging/identification you have towards all.

The cultivation of unconditional love is a life-long process. If you commit yourself to the spiritual path, your ability towards unconditional love will gradually increase, culminating in the realization that you are love itself. When you arrive at this destination, you won't have to put in any effort, you have to just be.
