there are 3 ways to deal with it according to Sir.Viktor Emil Frankl :
1) Dereflection : IGNORE
It is by ceasing to think about the problem / it is putting the issue aside or Forgetting yourself while getting absorbed in some other activity you love or Serving people you love
or Jahnavi imagining her boss getting frustrated at her work, as usual...while imagining the situation negatively-exaggerating or negatively-understating, adding humor to that imagination or imagine she says to herself : I think I'm gonna lose 10 lakhs in share market & now I should imagine my dad's face when I tell him this ;) :p (i should show 3 idiots scene to him & tell him to put a hand on his heart & say "ALLZ WELL 3 times hahaaa ) " 😂

eg: Archana/me got cancer kind of some big disease & she is afraid of death..Lol : she/I should start to think::
daridram vadilipoindi , sooper 😂 - No more worries to live, no more responsibilities, career - thokka thotakuraa...NOTHING !!! if suppose she dies in 1 month, she starts to think...yahooo for this 1 month I'm unstoppable & gonna do whatever I want, The first thing I shall do is to behave like i have gone mad & Beat like hell those !@#$%^&** people @TriSHOOLAdandana, cooking Jandhyala's aratipandu lamba lamba & making them eat it
(also like that girl in Geetanjali movie 😂 ) .In that 1 month,Like Aparichit, I would prepare & take with me atleast 30 Most harmful people on earth like extremely selfish-narcissists, psychos,serial rapists etc by making them drink kumbhipaakam made out of their own kidneys,liver etc 😂 [Background song : idhi ranarangam ranachadarangam...jargalsinde shara vidwamsam..churakattula yuddam shatruvu siddam,idi ma ranahomam..ravan kastaanni .. rakshsa kastanni...cheyalsina narudu (female) yamakinkarudu ramudu Ee -amma ye raa ] 😂

3) Socratic/maieutic questioning - ascertain & postmortem the situation - find the Root cause analysis, make a list of fate (what is NOT in your hands) vs freedom (choices - what is in your hands to act upon, write all meaningful activities you can do),Notice strengths & possibilities,Take different perspectives to question self by self
eg: Ask 'why' five times about every matter as given here :
