" Thankfully, perseverance is a great substitute for TALENT."

Andrew B. Newberg and Daniel A Monti SAID below :

👽 We spend most of our day focused on the external world in our conscious state (Beta wave).

When we are in a fast Beta-wave state, we are using our conscious mind.

👽 When our brain is in high Beta, it's focused on survival and not in a creative or meditative mode.

💁💀If you're constantly analyzing and in an analytical mind 👸, you are in Beta and unable to tap into your subconscious.

👉 Slower brain-wave states, like Alpha waves, are linked to our subconscious and creative thinking.

Meditation has the incredible ability to transition our brain waves from Beta to Alpha and Theta, guiding us beyond the confines of the analytical mind and into the realm of the subconscious. Through this process, we can uncover and transform unwanted habits and behaviors deeply rooted in the subconscious.
