The “I’m not a fighter, I’m a lover” philosophy can be an example of compensation. Compensation involves substituting success in a realm of life other than the domain in which the person suffers a weakness.
Another, eg:
Archana saying: I don't need to achieve anything Big. To reproduce & have a happy family is enough for me.
or when your friend says :
you know what? I threw a party last night here at NASA Pub. you really missed something big!
e.g., Nobody can cook better than her. Nobody but she can't travel alone even to a place 2kms from her home...even when you arrange a cab or own vehicle with a driver. This weakness got compensated by strengthening her strength of cooking.

Compensation for deficiencies (Ackermen & Jahoda, 1948)
You develop prejudicial Hatred towards people who are not as deficient as you are.you then participate in ostracizing and excluding them.
An imperfect but real Example:
Deepa's uncle did politics/POLY-tricks to destabilize her home. He then tells her parents to take her to a psychologist as she is suffering from severe depression. When they assure him that she does not have any depression......He then created two WhatsApp groups "Like-minded" & "vedmudumba " and makes her parents & all other relatives part of that group excluding Deepa alone to make her feel ostracized & suffer the punishment for rejecting his Authority over her.
and In India, we do not have clear legalities for psychological & emotional abuses
Even then, he couldn't care less about what that does to you, apart from eliciting the desired response. If it makes him feel better about himself to belittle you, he will do that, but the ultimate goal isn't to make you feel bad. The goal is to perpetuate the myth of his own perfection and simultaneously control you. If, by hurting you, it gets you in check, makes you take on his failings as your own, and make you work twice as hard for his approval, it's a bonus for him. If he doesn't need to employ cruelty to accomplish either of the above goals, he won't. It's that simple."

Our constitution guarantees dignity, liberty, privacy, and sexual autonomy. They are intrinsic to Article 21 of the Constitution - All Fundamental Rights, including Article 21, are defended & Guaranteed by the Supreme court; hence the aggravated can DIRECTLY go to the Supreme court of India for Justice without first going to the High court. ....Rights under Article 20 & 21 Cannot be suspended even during NATIONAL EMERGENCY.
" Does he want to hurt you? "
What he wants is to
secure supply. If he cannot do it using flattery, he will do it
through cruelty. The goal is to get you to give him what he
wants. He doesn't especially care which method he uses, so long as
he finds one that works. I know that sounds cold. It is cold. That is how his mind works. Cold and devoid of empathy. Because he
lacks understanding, he probably doesn't know or care if he hurts youEven then, he couldn't care less about what that does to you, apart from eliciting the desired response. “ This was the trouble with families.
Like invidious doctors, they knew just where it hurt ”
- Arundhati Roy,
Dear Mr. Welwisher,
Why do you want me to hurry?
Is it because you don't want to give time for me to think so that I can find out the truths before getting harmed?
Please understand. If I Disagree with you, it doesn't mean I'm DisRespectful ...It only means that I have my own opinions & sometimes they are different from yours.

Justice K.S. Puttaswamy Vs. Union of India (SC)(Constitution Bench)
Human dignity is a constitutional principle - At its core, human dignity contains three elements, namely, intrinsic value, autonomy, and community value - There cannot be an undue intrusion into the independence on the pretext of conferment of economic benefits.
