Is the perfect TRUTH a Bold- Beast that loves to play hide-and-seek in the most unexpected ways ? ufff

How can we uncover the ABSOLUTE "TRUTH? "

❓ Is truth hiding behind a cosmic curtain of the soul?

❓ I can't explain why truths of the External world are linked to my soul or why it's cosmically determined fate❓ I did NOT make those rules............

It's all toooo much scientifically complex for me.

Philosopher Jean-paul Sartre's ideas not only challenged traditional concepts of universal truths but also transformed our understanding of reality by highlighting the profound influence of individual perspectives. Let's delve into his concepts and examine some intriguing examples to illuminate his points, empowering us with a deeper understanding of truth, objectivity, and subjectivity.

Sartre argues that universal objectivity, a concept suggesting there is a single objective truth that applies to everyone, is a myth. This concept resonates in contemporary political debates, where people interpret the same facts differently based on their beliefs and values. This insight not only challenges us but also validates the role of individual perspectives in shaping our understanding of truth and objectivity, fostering a sense of respect for diverse viewpoints.

He also believed that impartiality, the ability to judge or evaluate without partiality or bias, is relative to a particular perspective. For instance, an art critic might see a painting as a masterpiece. In contrast, someone without artistic expertise sees it simply as a mix of colors and shapes, showing how the evaluation of art is influenced by individual different perspectives.

Furthermore, Sartre argued that true objectivity is unattainable due to the absence of one universal perspective. This is evident when people from different cultural backgrounds hold differing views on ethical dilemmas, revealing substantial cultural variations in ethical perspectives.

Sartre's philosophy highlights the role of subjectivity in knowledge.

When individuals read a novel, their varied life experiences and beliefs significantly shape their interpretations of the characters and themes. This insight underscores that our subjective perceptions play a crucial role in understanding and interpreting texts, highlighting the personal nature of knowledge and fostering a sense of connection and engagement.

These insights challenge traditional notions and urge us to acknowledge the significance of individual perspectives in shaping our understanding of the world, thereby influencing our own perspectives.

By recognizing that " OUR " truths are incomplete or partial, we can develop a deep respect for the diversity of viewpoints and experiences that shape our understanding of the world. This perspective fosters open-mindedness, critical thinking, and a respectful consideration of different ideas and interpretations, encouraging us to be more considerate of others' perspectives.

Let's also delve into the saying "Ekam Sat Viprah Bahudha Vadanti" from Rig Veda, which stresses that truth can be interpreted differently based on individuals' knowledge, intellect, cultural backgrounds, experiences, and beliefs. This encourages open-mindedness & receptiveness to mixed ideas and interpretations of truth..

Moreover, we can examine Hume's examples such as "The Sun will rise tomorrow" and "2+2=4" to distinguish between matters of fact and truth.

Example in detail :

Our understanding of the future, such as the certainty of The Sun rising tomorrow, is shaped by past experiences and observations. While we can't be completely sure about the future just from past experiences, it is these experiences that form the basis of our understanding. The same in future may not be logically necessary but only probable based on past patterns. This is true depending on empirical evidence, so it is Fact, not TRUTH

"2+2=4" is a mathematical truth, a product of logical reasoning and the definitions of numbers. This statement is necessarily true, not contingent on observation or experience, because it is based on the relationship between numbers and the rules of arithmetic, making it a necessary truth.

Lastly, we'll examine Kierkegaard's emphasis on subjectivity as the truth. He said that authentic truth is found within the individual's subjective experiences, feelings, and choices, highlighting the importance of individual perspective and personal engagement in the search for meaning and truth.

So, What is absolute truth?

It could be an unchanging and universal, singular, formless essence that gives birth to the diverse nature of existences & forms. It transcends individual opinions and cultural influences, enlightening us about the ultimate nature of reality. In an inherently unpredictable universe, the quest for absolute truth is like searching for a unicorn at a festival – incomprehensible, ever-changing, and clothed in mystery.

My Final Views -

The subject, knowing all things and its unknown nature, bears the weight of supporting the world. The object, confined within time and space, exists for the subject, who remains distinct, the foundation of all knowledge and perception.

Imagine yourself sitting in a darkened movie theater. The screen in front of you flashes to life, and you find yourself consumed in the breathtaking visuals of a 4D film. The vibrant colours, the sweeping landscapes, and the intricate details all come together to transport you to a different world. As you watch, you can feel the emotions and experiences of the characters as if they were your own, creating a sensory and visual experience that captivates your mind and senses.
